Great holiday villa

Beautiful Alcudia Villa

A really lovely villa which it is easy to see is cared for by its owners from the quality of the furnishings, facilties and the little personal touches which all combine to provide a truly peaceful, relaxing and entertaining family holiday.

A beautiful villa . Great location but car is needed.

Our first family holiday in Majorca. We stayed in the villa with our 4 daughters and had a great time. We loved the pool , it was deep enough for us to have diving competitions . The outside space was great, enough different areas for us all to be on our own if we needed to escape for a quiet moment. Very comfortable villa, no problems at all , great air con and WiFi. We would thoroughly recommend.

A perfect break

We had a wonderful stay here, the house was clean and well appointed, the pool was great for a dip and a highlight for the kids and the outdoor bbq was super. When the air con ran out of gas we contacted the manager and it was fixed within the day which we were very pleased about! The local area was super, with 2 lovely sandy beaches and a pebbly cove for snorkelling. There were a handful of bars and restaurants and a small shop locally and the location was great for day trips. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

Lovely house in great location

Great communication and support from Anke before and throughout our visit. The house is superbly equipped with everything you could possibly want. Lovely living and outdoor areas and a well equipped kitchen. The area is lovely and quiet yet very easy to get to restaurants, supermarkets etc. Swimming from the rocks and little local beaches is fabulous. The house is very comfortable, maybe the only downside is the very small bedrooms and lack of wardrobe space. Overall a great place to stay with very hospitable owner and support.

Perfect villa for families with small children!

The villa was beautiful and very nicely furnished. It had a large, lovely garden with palm trees, bushes and flowers, and a private pool with stairs suitable for our small (3 and 5 years old) children's water plays but large and deep (about 2 m at the deeper end) enough for us adults to swim. We found the location of the villa ideal; at peaceful neighborhood but conveniently close to the old town of Alcudia (5 min. by car) with its grocery stores, restaurants, shops etc. The villa was remarcably well-equipped, especially considering the kitchen amenities. The property was in exceptionally good condition. We warmly recommend the villa to families seeking for peaceful, quality holiday accommodation.

Fantastic Family Villa

We had a lovely week at Casa Blanca and really enjoyed the spacious, open plan environment. The garden was beautiful and secluded and the pool a lovely place to relax and cool off. The facilities were excellent and particularly well thought out for families - our baby was very well catered for and our older kids really appreciated the tv with YouTube! The kitchen was a little cramped but other than that the overall quality and finish of the villa was first rate. There is not much in the immediate area of the villa but it is quiet quiet - which we liked - and well positioned to explore the local area as long as you have a car. Overall a great experience with excellent support and communication from Anke.

Could be easily 5* with a few tweaks

This is a lovely spacious villa with lots of positives! The pool is lovely and deep and spacious and the villa is well equipped. The only negatives are that for this price some things need a bit of improvement - the fridge is poor, there are some electrical issues that need finishing and the quality of appliances could be better - eg the tv doesn’t work, the extractor above the job doesn’t work and the dishwasher only works on one cycle! Would we come back - yes - it’s a lively family villa that just needs the agents maintaining it to improve a few things.

Perfect, relaxing Villa in north Majorca

This Villa was just perfect for our relaxing family holiday in Majorca. located in a very quiet area in the north of Majorca, just 5 minutes from old Alcudia town and Port d'Alcudia. The Villa was very well equipped, with everything you need. Its fully airconditioned and has a fantastic pool. The TV only receives German channels, but does have access to the internet so you can watch you tube etc. You have to pay for electricity, this cost us about. 50 euro a week which is expensive. Make sure you read the meters on arrival when shown around. We forgot and were then charged for more units then we used. A car is a must so you can get out and explore the island. There are a few good restaurants a short walk down the road, but the best ones are a car journey away in port d'Alcudia. We had a fantastic holiday here, so will you. Would definatley recommed this Villa.

Finca Urlaub

Wir haben das erste mal Urlaub in einer Finca gemacht. Und wir waren alle begeistert. Optimal für den Urlaub mit Kind (wir waren 2 Familien mit je 1,5 jährige Kinder). Vom ersten Kontakt, über Check in und Check out war alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin, die Hausverwalterin und der Housekeeper waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Supermärkte, Strände, Bars etc. sind alle in der näheren Umgebung innerhalb einer kurzen Autofahrt vorhanden. Hier und da ist die Finca in die Jahre gekommen. Aber dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an keinen Dingen gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Haus mit schöner Umgebung

Alles perfekt bis auf die Stromabrechnung. Wir waren sehr überrascht über den Preis von 120 Euro, obwohl wir nie gekocht haben. Wir beutzten einige Male die Waschmaschine, aber wir haben krine Erklärung für die Höhe der Rechnung

Une semaine à Alcudia pour noël. Tout s’est très bien passé. Points positifs grande maison Endroit calme Bonne literie 2 salles de bain Bien équipée Points négatifs Chambres très humides avec Odeur d’humidité dans placards et impossible s’ouvrir certaines fenêtres car les moustiquaires sont abîmées et empêchent l’ouverture des fenêtres. Avec le canapé 2 fauteuils seraient les bienvenus quand on est 5 personnes. Le paiement en plus du chauffage et de l’électricité n’est pas indiqué dans l’annonce Il est spécifié Wifi gratuit mais il serait bien de noter Chauffage et électricité payants. C’est au moment de signer le contrat qu’on l’apprend Voilà pourquoi j’ai mis 4 étoiles et non 5

Einfach nur schön

Das Haus liegt in einem sehr gepflegten Wohngebiet.der Weg zum Hafen und zum Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Grundstück liegt an der Straße, ist jedoch nicht einsehbar , sodass man ungestört im Pool baden kann. Genial ist die Außendusche! Das Interieur ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll ausgewählt. Unser Sohn hat uns mit seiner Freundin besucht und das Haus war auch mit 4 Erwachsenen groß genug und die beiden haben sich ebenso wohl gefühlt. Großes Kompliment auch an die schnelle Hilfe durch Frau Dahl, die sofort da war, wenn wir etwas brauchten oder eine Frage hatten. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und freuen uns schon darauf 😉☀️

Schöne Finca mit kleinen Abzügen

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern zu Besuch in der Casa Blanca und haben uns eigentlich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Finca ist bestens ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Auch mit Kleinkind kann man hier gut urlauben. Die Hausverwalterin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Ein paar kleine Abzüge müssen wir allerdings machen, aufgrund von kleinen Problemen, bei denen leider auch die Hausverwalterin keine kurzfristige Lösung finden konnte. In allen Wohn- und Schlafräumen sind Klimaanlagen vorhanden. Jedoch funktionierten diese zum Teil eher willkürlich, sodass es mal drückend heiß und mal klirrend kalt war. Eine Nacht musste leider bei 28 Grad Raumtemperatur verbracht werden. Das ist vor allem wenn man mit Kleinkindern unterwegs ist, ein echtes Problem und war einem ruhigen Schlaf auch nicht zuträglich. Am Anreisetag waren die Gärtner fleißig am Werkeln bis nach 21 Uhr, sodass wir am ersten Tag den Garten leider nicht nutzen konnten. Außerdem ließen sie leider im gesamten Garten Gartenabfälle (mit zahlreichen Dornen) liegen, die erst 2 Tage später weggeräumt wurden. Auch das ist besonders für den Urlaub mit neugierigen Kleinkindern schwierig. Kleines weiteres Manko war die Poolbeleuchtung, die wir nur an einem Abend zum Laufen gekriegt haben, trotz zahlreicher Versuche nach Anleitung. Der eine Abend war aber ganz besonders romantisch (die Kinder haben auch durchgeschlafen). Alles in allem haben wir uns aber wirklich wohlgefühlt und wenn die oben genannten Probleme behoben werden, steht einem perfekten Urlaub nichts im Weg. Die Hausverwaltung sicherte uns zumindest zu, dass sie die Probleme weitergeleitet hat.

Wir haben Anfang September eine wunderschöne und entspannte Woche im Casa Blanca verbracht. Das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Casa Blanca ist einfach nur TOLL!

August 2021 Wir waren in dem Haus für eine Woche. Die Lage ist Top, das Haus ist Top, der Pool ist überragend. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Zudem war alles sehr sehr sauber, genügend Handtücher etc sind vorhanden. Auch an Einrichtung fehlt nichts. Es ist einfach alles perfekt vorbereitet und geplant, selbst die fertige Strandtasche steht in jedem Zimmer(das nur eines der vielen Details). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man ist recht schnell in Alcudia oder Pollenca. Ein sehr schönes Haus, alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir sind begeistert und würden es sofort wieder buchen. Auch für Kinder/Familien ist es absolut geeignet.....die Terrasse ist direkt am Pool...zudem gibt es viele weitere Sitzmöglichkeiten, die auch alle perfekt ausgestattet sind. Stefan Müller

Eine schöne, klassische Finca in malerischer Umgebung

Die Finca ist schon etwas älter, aber sehr gut erhalten und top gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Besonders gut hat uns der sehr schöne grüne Garten gefallen. Das findet man nicht so oft.

Urlaub fern ab vom Corona-Wahnsinn

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem hübschen Häuschen. Gott sei Dank hat es trotz Corona doch noch geklappt, dass wir ein bisschen Urlaubsfeeling erleben durften. Die Sauberkeit muss man wirklich hervorheben! Auch die Kleinigkeiten an Fragen und Bitten, die wir die Zeit über hatten, wurden umgehend von Frau Dahl erledigt. Der Hafen und die Bars sind fussläufig erreichbar. Eine kleine Badebucht ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt. Es war ein super entspannter Urlaub und wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit!

Semaine parfaite dans une maison parfaite

Les hôtes sont facilement joignables et très serviables, la maison est vraiment bien équipée, tout y est, et très agréable. L'endroit est calme sans être isolé, à 2 pas de la mer et de superbes criques. Je recommande !

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit hervorragender Ausstattung

Das Haus in Bonaire ist toll. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Besitzer haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. In allen Schlafräumen sowie im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine Klimaanlage, die das Haus auch an sehr heißen Tagen auf eine angenehme Temperatur bringen. Vor allen Dingen in den Schlafräumen ist die für die Nacht sehr hilfreich und ermöglichen so einen guten Schlaf. Die Küche ist wie das gesamte Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Spiele, Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern, Beachballspiele und Schläger ist alles vorhanden, ebenso Sonnenschirme. Der Garten bietet auch ausreichend natürliche Schattenplätze. Es sind vier Liegen vorhanden. Falls man mit mehr als vier Personen kommt, muss man dann knobeln bzw sich abwechseln. War bei uns aber kein Problem. Das Haus befindet sich in dem Ort Bonaire in einer Wohnsiedlung. Fußläufig sind zwar Bars und auch ein kleiner Supermarkt vorhanden. Wir sind jedoch mit dem Mietwagen immer ins benachbarte Alcudia gefahren. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist das doch sehr langsame Internet. Hier kann man aber für 20 Euro im benachbarten Alcudia bei vodafone eine SIM-Karte kaufen. Bestes Netz für das Haus ist Vodafone bei uns gewesen und die SIM-Karte hatte 25GB Datenvolumen, also mehr als ausreichend. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Haus, welches man empfehlen kann. Der neue Hausverwalter ist vielleicht noch nicht ganz so toll, wie die Bewertungen der Gäste vor uns geschrieben haben, aber dafür soll es für das Haus und Besitzer keinen Sterneabzug geben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
