Just what we needed

Great hotel, great location - didn't expect much for the money we paid (£200 for 2 people for 4 days half board) anyway we were pleasantly surprised. Some parts need updating but think they are on with it. Clean, comfortable, fab staff, food was fine, bar was cheaper than local bars, pool was freezing but lovely. Cannot grumble at all. Would definitely go again and recommend. One lift was out of service so a little annoying at times but free water available, lovely reception staff and overall a wonderful stay

Pleasant Hotel

A really well-placed central hotel which provides good access to all of Alcudia. The hotel itself is a bit dated and certainly needs some repairs. Simple things like the soap dispenser didn't work. As a solo traveller I didn't take any liquids meaning I had to go and buy these. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

I booked this place for my college/university roommates to celebrate our graduation. The place advertised many amenities that were not there. I booked all inclusive, including drinks but was only given a free breakfast buffet, with no drinks. The booking also says it has laundry services which it does not, and we surly needed. The beach is close to the property but the beach was absolutely horrible. The water was maybe 2 feet and filled with trash and algae. We decided to only swim in the pool after the first day because it was so nasty. That being said, the pool is too small for the size of the hotel so we spent most of the time in the room. The hotel is easily accessible by bus from the airport but with an early flight a taxis cost 85 euros to get back. There are many restaurants around the area so dispute the false advertising we were able to get food, however food on the island is pricy and frankly not good. If you take the boat tours to swim spots every day then this place is fine but otherwise wouldn’t recommend it

I'VE been going to this hotel for 29 years. And because it was only bed and breakfast i feltit was a bit expensive for what you got. I know they have to make money butthere was no atmosphere, to when i have been befor.

Unfortunately, we couldn't stay at the hotel as they had just had a disaster -- a floor had collapsed, rendering the hotel unusable. The hotel staff dealt with everything perfectly, however, with good clear communication. We were sent to stay at the hotel next door, which was fine, with no hassle whatsoever.

Easily improved.

This hotel doesn’t work closely with Hotels.com My room wasn’t ready on time. Stating that the hotels.com 12:00 check-in isn’t with their policy of 14:00. That is not my issue. They need to tell me prior and update their info on this app/site. They did eventually find a room before that time but typically you have to shout the loudest to get what you want. I find the reception very unwelcoming but the rest of the staff very nice. The rooms are a little outdated but the rest of the hotel is nice. Avoid any cooked breakfast here, it’s a right off but the fruit and cereal stuff is good. It’s a value for money type place.

Lovely lady on reception, however, went to have a shower in the room, no water, they did fix within 1 hr, no shower gel in container. Nice pool and helpful bar staff around, had early start fir ferry and the did provide early breakfast 05.45

Its 3 star, but that's generous. Food is poor. Bar has massive queues. Air con dripped on the electrics and my phone, complained everyday, took them 4 days before they moved us. Staff totally ignore you. Restaurant (if you can call it) is always full of dirty tables, and you end up having to move things and get your own cutlery as its under staffed. Although all inclusive we ended up eating out more.

I've stayed there quite a few times the only thing is the cockroaches are still there and was running around the buffet food and round the dining room floor and kitchen and since being taken over there is a difference in the quality of the food and you can taste the wine is cheap but apart from that hopefully it will improve but definitely need to sort the cockroach problem 2in cockroaches in the buffet food isn't good
