Pleasant hotel, excellent condition. Only downside is parking. There is a free park next door but it isn't connected to the hotel, so you have to take luggage down a flight of stairs and then into the hotel.

It’s a lovely modern looking building but unfortunately not even close to enjoyable to stay in. The room is small and you can’t open any windows so feels claustrophobic, despite the hotel being quiet we were given a room that looks onto a shopping centre carpark with rubbish and discarded trolleys for a view then at 7am the following morning people started filling the carpark so it was noisy and distracting. The tvs are being ‘upgraded’ so it’s free to air only which is fine but that kept dropping out. The fridge wasn’t cold and there was nothing in the room to choose from if you wanted to. The shower head was clearly broken and only soaked water out from one unblocked hole. Parking is terrible you have to choose from street parking which is metered or you have to pay additional $ per day to park in an underground but limited carpark not enough spaces to meet the needs of guests. We chose a mantra because we’ve always enjoyed other stays at other mantra facilities but won’t be back to this one unfortunately.

Very nice simple room - quite adequate. Would like a hand held shower. Disappointed once we parked in the parking lot adjacent that it was not connected to the hotel and had to walk luggage down the ramp, quite difficult for an elderly person. Also disappointed that the restaurant was booked out - guess we should have booked!!
