Extremely disappointing !!!!!

Terrible hotel not clean , not as it was profiled, carpet had not been vacuumed 2 towels for 4 beds . No bath mats, toilet seat was dirty and no soap in any of the dispenser. Air con did not work and windows were sealed.?

Convenient and value for money. Accommodations in need of an upgrade/face lift but this aligned with the price. Only issue I had is heater did not work well (couldn't get it to warm the room) and bathroom was not the cleanest. We were a late check in, staff were great to deal with and helpful (late check in kiosk was broken, so they called us ahead of time to advise of back up plan to obtain room key).

I had a lovely stay the first night but the second was a little less to be desired. Not the owners fault but the person in the room above mine was up and down all night, stomping and dropping things. Refrigerator was a little noisy but didn’t keep you awake. The room needs some upgrades as the unit is looking a little tired but it was very clean and good value to the price. I would stay there again.
