We travelled Sydney - Albury to continue to Geelong and came back to the Albury the same day. Rooms are pleasant, bed comfortable. The room the 1st night was better than 2nd don't no why same floor. Just seemed cleaner. Reception staff are helpful. 1st night we arrived late was greeted with a friendly staff which is why we came back the second night.

Have stayed here with a work group every 6 months for some 9 years and appreciate the ongoing quality of this hotel and in particular its impressive restaurant. Rooms are clean and have been improved in the last few years which to be fair was necessary. We usually arrive in the evening and go straight to dinner in the restaurant and we've always had an excellent meal with good choice and excellent service - our colleague with coeliac is always well looked after. Breakfast in the same area is also equally good. Last stay was in March and the front desk area was still being finalised and was somewhat chaotic - will be interested to see finished version when next we visit.

Reception area being renovated and you are directed to what felt like you were walking into someone’s office. They should turned the desk around so their staff can see people approaching and greet guests. Had to clean the spa in the room that we had paid a premium for as there was dirt sitting on the bottom and grime around where the last guests water line was. Felt better to clean it myself as the cleaners hadn’t done it right the 1st time and at least I would know it is clean, unfortunately had to close the windows as just below our room was the smoking area you don’t expect to be given a non smoking room and all you can smell is cigarette smoke coming through your window. When advising reception on check out about the spa and the cigarette smoke she didn’t seem to concerned. All she said was oh sorry about. No reassurance that they would follow it up to ensure that it would be looked into.

I stayed one night on a recent business trip to Albury and found this hotel to be very clean, comfortable and quiet. It had everything I needed, including free wi-fi and a good array of complimentary bathroom items. The service was excellent and both the dinner and breakfast I tried were tasty. I would definitely stay again for business. Recommended

Located in easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. The service at the front desk was very good. Plenty of free parking. Wi-fi worked well. Room was a reasonable size and clean and well-maintained. Restaurant on site as well. I got a room on the top floor with a nice view across the town.

This place looks recently done up & had a modern feel to it. The room was nice & clean, the beds comfy & the sheets felt clean & fresh - which is the most important bit! No complaints, we slept very well & staff were friendly.

Stopped here on our way to Melbourne. Great friendly staff, clean rooms at very good prices. The restaurant was great for dinner but we thought breakfast could have been improved. The continental breakfast buffet was very limited in choices for the price of it. We really liked the pool area and its proximity to the restaurant and bar- very family friendly.

Great location close to everything in Albury CBD. New hotel with modern rooms. Very helpful, friendly staff. Restaurant on site, but not open Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, so unable to dine in during stay.

Stayed at the Quality Hotel for one night as we attended Christmas party, check in was easy, staff friendly, we booked on line without any problems, The room on the second floor was comfortable, quiet and clean, shower was good and bathroom too. King size bed and pillows are good. We ate breakfast downstairs over looking the pool, the restaurant and hotel were not busy, you can have a buffet continental breakfast or a menu cooked breakfast, check out was simple and easy also. One thing to watch out for when entering reception are the 2 small steps, they have yellow and black tape marking them with watch your step but I still tripped, they should fix this some how, over all I can recommend to stay.

On the long drive from Sydney to Melbourne, stopping options are limited, however the best I can say about this hotel was the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was reasonable. But do not accept a room near the lift, (we were in room 402) and you hear it constantly as you lay in bed. Also, lots of construction work going on, starting before 7am, really! have some consideration for your guests.
