Very nice and not fancy hotel

This hotel isn't fancy and it doesn't have an elevator. That said, we really like it. It's clean, quiet, convenient when we visit family, and the price is good. The beds are comfortable and the refrigerator doesn't freeze everything in it! The temperature was easy to control, although the fan was a bit noisy. All in all, a good fir for us. Will stay here again!!

The staff was friendly and outgoing. Cleanliness is very important to us. Our room was clean when we checked in and housekeeping did a great job of maintaining it throughout our stay!

Property was clean & updates were in progress. Pool & Spa were out of service. It appears that that area was used for storage. Multi floors but no working elevator. Did not feel safe because side door was unlocked 24 hours. This might be because door did not shut properly. Staff was friendly & helpful.

This AC unit is not working properly as it is not responding cool mode regulation.
This microwave is rusty inside and not in a good shape to heat the food. Charged very high price but providing least facility to the customers. So bad in shape.

The odors, probably from the cleaning supplies, we’re overwhelming. Got to hotel maybe 30 minutes early, and barely got in the door, when young lady behind counter, said in a very loud tone that check in was at 3:00, to come back then.
