I stayed here because I had a very early Dr. visit at Pres. Rust - It is a nice hotel. The room we got had 2 full size beds. It was a large room with a kitchen. The room could use a facelift, the linens and towels were older. The bed spreads were older and not super clean. The "go" breakfast was granola bars and prepackaged muffins, and coffee. Not bad, better than no breakfast at all. The room us advertised at $58. but that was for one person 1 bed. my total was $81 with 2 people 2 beds including tax. Still not a bad value for the area. I would stay here again.
All of the staff specially Brianna (Hope I'm spelling it right) were Amazing! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a nice place to stay on business, or pleasure. It is in a very good neighborhood, with lots of shopping, restaurant, and other options. Great room. Bed was very comfortable, room was extremely nice. Had a comfortable couch, and recliner. Loved the bathrooms, and everything. I'm just so happy! We have to come here on business, and other things. The hotel is very centrally located, and I have stayed at 5 star hotels that weren't this nice! I won't stay anywhere else here! The Extended Stay America hotel in Rio Rancho, New Mexico is excellent for short stays, or long stays. Thank you all so much! Beautiful hotel, and AWESOME STAFF!!!
We needed to stay here for several months after relocating while waiting for our house to be ready. While living as a minimalist in a hotel is not ideal, this is an ideal place to do just that. The staff is wonderful and always cheerful and happy to help. Cleanliness and maintenance are high priorities and the location is great. We have really enjoyed utilizing the pool and the park across the street! We would recommend Ext Stay to anyone
This Place Is Great I've been staying here for months now with my pops any time something goes wrong with the room the employees always have a smile on there fac and seem like they like staying there and the hotel mgr adam has always been a great help and you in town for a day or even a "extended "amount of time check it out 👌👌
I've stayed here before and not been disappointed, but this time it was bad. Sheets smelled like smoke so my sinuses clogged up, dirty towels hanging behind bathroom door and a discarded soap paper. Flakes of dried food particles on couch. Only one bar of soap to use between my daughter and - the only one for sink or bath. Suspicious stains on back of bathroom door. Beds uncomfortable. No glasses in room, no shampoos. Front desk uninterested.
nice stay and nice service, location kind of hidden, rate alittle high but overall worth it nice bath, nice kitchen area would recommend! :) Thanks so much James the front desk was nice and helped out alot
The room was as advertised - fresh, clean, and comfortable. However... We requested an early check-in when we made the reservation. No problem, except when we arrived we were told there was a $25 charge for an early check-in. After some back and forth and a threat to leave, they relented. Next, we found the fully-equipped kitchen void of anything resembling kitchenware and I mean absolutely nothing. We found a table tent in an upper cabinet that explained you needed to go to the front desk with a list of the items you needed. What a hassle - we had food delivered instead. Then we found out that there was no ice machine and we were supposed to get by on the two ice cube trays in the room; one was empty and the other had seven ice cubes. The front desk's response was that they could make me more ice cubes (which would solve the problem in a few hours and was a bit insulting). Also: The "free wi-fi" was frustratingly slow but you could upgrade for a price. Nice new pillowtop matress had old fitted sheet that was not deep enough and it kept coming off. The flat screen TV was very small and you had to sit at the foot of the bed to read anything on the screen (think watching baseball). Do yourself a favor and find a newly remodeled Motel 6 in the area - a much better value.
Do not stay here. Bed, bath and laundry are filthy. Staff has an attitude. Housekeeping will never visit your room. Please, consider other hotels before booking at the Extended Stay America in Albuquerque/Rio Rancho.
I've stayed here several times and have never been let down! Rooms are all very clean, beds are comfortable, grounds are beautiful, and staff are friendly. I will continue staying here when I am in the area and room rates are competitive.
Everything in the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the laundry room was nice-plenty of machines, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was in a good area. The only negative was that the trash by the side entrance wasn't taken out for a few days and started smelling, and the side door lock wasn't working a few times so we had to go around to the front. Nothing that would make us not want to stay here again, though, everything else was great.
