Staff at front desk needs training to do their job. It took me 40 minutes to check-in. Also, the pool which is advertised as an amenity at the hotel was closed during my stay. "Sorry" does not allow a hotel to not deliver on what the hotel advertises. I would expect this kind of service from a hotel ...
