"My room did not appear clean enough, a lot of smoke smell coming in from other rooms. The smell of marijuana and other drugs was so strong from other rooms. The vent picks up the smell. The smoke dectector in my room was missing from the cealing. As many times as I complained it was not resolved.
Even though the condition of the property was poor overall, the staff were nice. I think they need to hire more staff to serve the clients more efficiently. It looks like they only have 2 staff for house keeping and there is no way 2 individuals can effectively clean all the rooms. "
