We were there for a wedding, and the bride and groom had a terrible time with their room, and they had a block set up and everything. This was their wedding, and I was very disappointed that their stay wasn't made more special, and that both nights they stayed, there were issues with the room. They gave the room to someone else, and then the night of their wedding, the staff accidentally checked them out of the hotel. Yeah, that's really bad. The elevator was out, and we had folks in the party with some bad knees. From this experience, I think this hotel can and should do better.
