The room they gave us did not have a working AC which we didn't discover until well into bedtime thinking it would just take a little bit to cool down. They did listen to our complaint and moved us to a room where it worked. Normally I wouldn't mind this, but it's the peak of summer and they should've made sure the AC was working first before making the room available.

This hotel was delightful, updated, and clean. The breakfast was great, as were the fresh cookies in the evening. It was close to a nice neighborhood to take an evening walk around, but also was near shopping and food options!
