Stayed here last February 2018 with my daughter. We fell in love with Patio Pacific! Room was new and clean! The staff (from the front desk, housekeeping and at the restaurant) was all very nice and friendly! I also love the fact that it is not beach front because of the serenity of the place during night time. Location was right in the middle of the island and was very accessible. Breakfast buffet was just OK and needs improvement. Hope to be back soon!
Based on Trivago and several other booking sights, my wife and I read that the Patio Pacific was a 4 star resort. Far from it! Check in was very slow. When we were showed our room we were pretty disappointed, we were literally on the main road. Very, very noisy. Couldn’t get any sleep. Bugs and mosquitoes flying around our room. Wifi didn’t work at all. Bathroom was pretty gross. We asked for another room but the hotel couldn’t help us. We paid $155 AUD per night (6400 pesos). You would expect something at least ‘ok’ being 4 star and that price. We were booked in for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon but could only handle 1 night and checked out asap. Absolute dive 🙁
We choose this hotel for our stay. The staffs were great, room was perfect for 3 and accommodates were above your expectations but the wifi wasn’t working and wifi is life on your vacay. They have restaurant serving brunch buffet. Food was just excellent and staff great. Just a little hassle was for the pool, you have to walk a little further from your hotel and at first we almost got lost but we got used too it. The bar next pool was nice too. Sometimes they play really good music. Overall everything was great, I just loved my stay there 👌🏽
Booked a room for 4 persons via their office here in Manila. Booking agent was nice and attentive and gave me a quotation after 3 days (He thought he sent it already, but it's OK). We booked the Family Suite on West Wing for 4 persons. Room: 5/5 We did not get the West Wing room since that part of the Hotel is still under renovation. I got a little bit disappointed since I was not informed beforehand. We got the Family Suite room 227 instead in the East Wing (across the road) where the hotel reception is located. The room was clean, the towels, beds and toilets are clean. We were also welcomed with a complimentary drinks. Check-in was fast and easy. Amenities: 4/5 The swimming pool was great and I would say I have enjoyed it to the fullest. I wanted to try their gym, but I did not bring a proper gym attire. Too bad that the wall climbing area is close, I wanted to try it. Food: 5/5 Packaged with the room is a daily buffet breakfast. We really enjoyed the variety of dishes served. Most are Filipino breakfast like tocino, longganisa, scrambled egg, pancit, dilis, and salad. There is also a fruit station and omelet station. Free flowing coffee and juice. They also somewhat change the menu everyday so it was good! Also, it comes with a complimentary dinner which was a lot for us. It was delicious! We also had lunch on our last day, and I must say it was good (grilled milk fish) and affordable! Staff: 5/5 I would say that the staff here are very attentive. They always greet you with a smile. The guards are always on the lookout when we are crossing the street to stop the traffic. We feel welcomed! Transportation: 4/5 Island Star Express was their partner. Upon arriving at Kalibo Airport, we immediately look at their spot and we were on their list of guest to pick-up. We were given a sticker which we have to place on our clothes for ID purposes. They will assist you all thru out the travel. One thing though is that I think they lack units (Vans/cars) because there was no available unit when going back to Kalibo Airport from Caticlan port. They make it up by hiring another van for us to be accommodated.
We are travelling for our honeymoon and booked patio Pacific as it was listed as beachfront and the photos looked fabulous (the photographer must be magic) This was by no means a cheap option, so when we arrived we were severely disappointed, but had already paid online so there was no backing out. We checked in, had to leave a deposit, tried to pay this using Amex (listed on their wall as accepted) the woman spoke to her colleague for a little while and just laughed, we went through 3 cards before they took one. The room had a window but you cannot see out of it, it also does not open so may as well not be there. There were ants in the bathroom. Wifi does not reach the room, even though there is a password for each floor. The most disappointing part for us though was that this hotel is listed as beach front. It is in no way by the beach! You have to cross the very busy road, and go down an alley way in which they are doing major renovations (also no info on this when booking) it's a good 5-6 min walk until you get to the beach. When we asked reception how we would walk to Mount Luho they again spoke amongst themselves and laughed at us, we literally just walked out and figured it out for ourselves. So so disappointed because everything else we have experienced in Boracay has been fabulous. Please do not waste your money and stay here! So many better hotels that are actually beach front.
Nice and clean hotel . Very close to the highway, near to shops and local restaurants . The price is good comparing to the beachfront hotels. They offer a huge swimming pool. Very clean . And safe . #DrMoAlassiri
Very average hotel. Rooms would deserve renovation. Breakfast is ok. Wherever you are at the hotel it's noisy because of the main road. They were doing some work in a part of the hotel while we were there so it was also more messy than usual I imagine.
Overall stay was great but the downside us it's not beachfront. It is closer to the main road. You need to walk through a small alley going to the beach. Room and bathroom were nice. They made the room look romantic for our honeymoon by putting dove shaped towels and rose petals. So nice and sweet. Breakfast menu selection was good and omelette prepared by the cook upon request was tasty. Pool is old and quite far from the hotel rooms.
The rooms are nice but getting old. Ventillation is not good as the bathrooms only have 1 window and no exhaust. Overall stays here are great though and breakfast is always awesome. Staff is also nice.
We have booked this hotel through their booking personnel here in manila. We are glad that this hotel makes our transfer from kalibo to boracay and vice versa worry free, cause they have already included it in our booking and cost us less more than if we do it our self. They have average good looking rooms. We took the good for 5 pax room. They have free buffet breakfast that we always look forward during our stay. Yes there is a construction going on that maybe not good to walk thru but construction is everywhere in Bora. Overall we have good night sleep in this hotel although its not beachfront but a little walk won't hurt until you see the crystal clear beach of the island. I jsut hope they can do something with the mosquitoes at night outside the room. And a stronger wi-fi connection too.
