I have booked our late summer holiday On the beach. Com to Agadir Morocco. We have arrived on 30/09/2017. The passport and landing card check took about 30-45 minutes at the airport and off we go.. At the airport our booked transfer with Jumbo tours group was awaiting for us the smiling and highly professional Noureddine and Fouad welcomed us in Agadir and dropped us to our hotel to Royal Mirage Hotel where we were checked in within minutes and greated with a welcome drink. The hotel reception area, the pools and the dinning room are beautiful clean and well serviced. The guest room 5018 where we stayed was nice spacious and clean but the decor and the facilities are a bit dated and tired. The kind caring and friendly staff compensated this little down side of the hotel. We have spent quiet a lot of time in the care of Jumbo Tours Group as we booked excursions with them almost everyday. The representative Noureddine was available 24/7 by WhatsApp and always ready to run an extra mile for us with a great big smile on his face . We have booked excursions like visiting the Paradise valley, Agadir city tour, Marakesh day trip, Oriental evening and a beautiful Hammam and massage. Noureddine arranged for us a crocodile park with transfer. I could not prise high enough the knowledgeable and very friendly tour guides Aziz and Ali as they introduced us to the lifestyle of Moroccan people and the history of them beloved country. I deffinetly want to return to this magical country to see more and enjoy the hospitality of the moroccan people. Just as a nice detail it would be even looking more professional if the representatives would wear traditional clothes and it would make it easier for tourists to find them.

The hotel is nice we liked it here We've meet with some nice People We are defenitly coming back yassine sport chef and DJ TARIK are the Best from entertainment team they were nice and friendly they made our Holiday good

The staff are amazing, the general manager Miss Lubana was amazing, very welcoming & accommodating ! It's 5 star for the service. Excellent service, Great location a walk across from the beach, all the restaurants on the beach. You've also a local community 5 mins walk from the hotel near to the mosque where you have your local shops, pharmacy ETC! Unfortunately the hotel is very dated, hair dryer - mite as well not have it. Many other things that need to improve in the hotel. The hotel would be a 3 star Breakfast is standard again the service is excellent. The animation team are all good & energetic,they do an excellent job.

Great hotel, brilliant staff they really make staying at the hotel a great experience. The food is good, many vegetarian options. Our room was nice and had a good view. However, when visiting agadir please do be aware of the weather, sun is NOT a given, we were there for a week and only got sun on 3 days, the rest of the time we had thick fog meaning we couldn't even see the sky for the whole day. If it's a week in the sun you're searching for I would recommend visiting in land Morocco to Get the most sun, the cold Atlantic air meets the hot African air to create immensely dense fog coverage. This isn't mentioned enough on booking websites but I think it really should be.

Currently at Royal Mirage Hotel.. after my three night stay I feel right now is the perfect time to write a review. The hotel is absolutely out dated. The rooms are like a hostel and the bathrooms are out of place with cracked tiles. Some of the 3 star hotels are better than this hotel. The location of this hotel is perfect everything is close by. Most of the staff are amazing and are always welcoming especially the assistant manager (Loubna). She will tackle any problem you are faced with. All in all, the hotel is okay if your not planning on spending most of your time at the hotel. It's definately over rated, perfect location and good staff but that's about it. This is an honest review compared to all the hotels I have stayed in here.. this hotel has to be the only one I wouldn't come back to. I guess each for their own. Some will like it and some won't.

The rooms are old and dirty, the towels are older than me, the location is very noisy day and night which makes it hard to have a rest. The food was not very nice and not enough options for all inclusive, the drinks are local and not likeable. The views are very nice. BUT THE STAFF IS AMAZING! Believe it or not, they will change everything above and make you stay extraordinary! All of them are nice and sweet and helpful and walk the extra mile for you. Thank you to Abdul, Tarek, the girls of animation team, Ahmed the waiter, all of your colleagues too! I know you will see it! YOU ALL ROCK AND DESERVE ALL THE BEST!

The staff was very accommodating from the moment we arrived in the hotel. The waiting staff was very prompt and efficient. The hotel facilities were excellent, two large pools with an incredible view to the marina, a large moroccan style lobby and restaurant. They have a very nice all inclusive buffet and serve drinks by the pool all day. No words to describe the animation crew, Royal Mirage is home to some of the best team around, always very bubbly, energetic and ready for a chat or an activity with you! Strongly recommend.

I was a little worried when coming here becausce of previous reviews, however after being here for a week I can firmly say the reviews are not being very fair. The bad things I did find when staying here was: 1. Our A.C didn't work and was loud at times but not a massive concern for us, however for others it may be. 2. We had a loose plug socket so we didn't use it in case we would electricute ourselves. 3. The animation team are very friendly, welcoming and are good at their job. However at times for us they can be annoying when they ask you to do stuff constantly when all we're trying to do is relax. However we do understand that it is there job. With regards to the food we didn't have a problem just don't expect a large variety as it is mainly Moroccan based i.e. Tagins. The staff are very friendly and welcoming epsecially the bar staff if you know what I mean... The bedroom maids are fantastic, they work hard everyday and leave your room as clean as they possibly can. I even left them a tip to say thanks as one day we were out, they had seen we put our twin beds together so they made them up with a double duvet and then formed a heart shape out of our towels with rose petals on. Overall it is a good hotel with friendly staff and is worth the money we paid for all inclusive. Granted it is a dated hotel but what can you expect your in Morocco.

Obviously this hotel is not what would be deemed a traditional 4* back in the UK but it is clean and the rooms are adequate as you hardly stay in them anyway but the main thing is that they are clean. We never went hungry and there was always plenty of food. Look we have stayed in 5* hotels that are all inclusive and they are always largely the same give or take. We still managed to put on weight so cannot be bad. The staff are fantastic especially Tariq from the entertainment team and the two men behind the bar by the reception area. The Manager was a nice guy too who always was on hand to greet you and make himself available if there were any questions that you had. What I loved about the hotel was that you could get to know the other guests quite easily as there was just the main two pools similar to what we experienced when in Sri Lanka. Overall we cannot really have much to complain about as it was what you make it and if you are going thinking it will be a UK 4* then think again. The maids work tirelessly to make your stay as pleasant as possible and I feel that some people have little respect for the degree of work that these staff put in as there is nothing wrong with the hotel as we enjoyed our stay.
