Was here for 2 weeks in May and wished I didn't have to go home 😃 as the atmosphere was amazing, the hotel was amazing the grounds spotless and staff couldn't help you enough, the hotel is clean and spacious and with a lot of chill out and relaxing areas, the pool is huge top pool is heated bottom is not, there's no fighting over loungers on beach or pool as there is plenty for everyone, kids club is a must if you have kids all the kids were happy and smiling and well entertained. Entertainment was fun. The area/grounds beautifully presented round the hotel Overall I would give the hotel more than 5 stars if I could, would I stay again? oh yes!

Arrived home yesterday after a Week at ROBINSONS CLUB, AGADIR ...WOW what a Hotel. I am in an Electric Wheelchair..We were given a Room Near the Reception and Restaurant. The Bedroom was Large with LARGE Adapted Roll-in Shower. Most of the Hotel was Adapted but sadly the Pool was not Accessible for me as the large steps stopped short of the floor of pool. The staff offered to carry me in but I kingly declined the offer.

This is a fantastic hotel! Great rooms, fantastic beach, lovely staff and the food was amazing. The resort is wide and there are lots of areas where you can spend your day, either at pool, beach etc. We spent the first 2 April weeks at this amazing resort. We are a family of 3 and enjoy sports, especially tennis and beach volleyball. We were always able to book a tennis court (until a massive German tennis club arrived, but still possible to squeeze booking in) and my husband and daughter played twice a day volleyball with a lovely group of people. There are lots of different sports courses to chose from so you should not get bored. The Spa, very nicely done, offers a lot, but prices are similar to the UK, so no bargain here. The staff, either sports, bar + restaurant staff were super friendly. The only (!!) negative experience was the way the General Manager took my husband to the side, literally to the side, and told him not to wear shorts at dinner even so the sign outside the restaurant only said that long trousers are welcomed (which we actually did not see bc it was behind the decoration). It is not an issue, I guess it was just the way the message was delivered. I can only recommend this hotel. We will definitely return. Thank you all at Club Robinson !

We have been with friends in the Robinson. Friendly Staff, very good food. One restaurant at the beach, one at the reception. The ways are very long. 750 meters from House Atlas to the beach. The garden is very nice.

This was our second stay at this hotel and they do get a lot of things right. The staff are lovely and try hard with the shocking exception of those on the main reception. They were condescending, dismissive, had no regard for guest needs and unpleasant. This is in stark contrast to the staff everywhere else in the resort who are lovely. They must receive completely different training with guest relations at the bottom of the priority list for front desk staff! Having booked an upgraded room (sea view) for our second visit on initial check in we were assigned the same block as our first visit. Atlas block, which is furthest away from beach etc. But seems to be where UK guests are put. We were grudgingly moved, after quite some explaining, to block C; first block after reception on land side. This block is much newer and brighter but still a good way from beach. Although we intend to return to Agadir this October we will not be going back to this hotel the arrogant front desk staff have ruined it for us.

We wanted to have some winter sun, except we were fed up with long haul flights. With this in mind we looked at Morocco as a destination. We decided to go “all exclusive” & go to Agadir. The choice for us was between the Sofitel & the oddly named Robinson. Both had very good reviews. We chose the Robinson in the end as it had slightly better reviews. Some people had moaned that it “Was full of Germans & golfers” which didn’t worry us. Anyway after 10 nights here, I must congratulate the management & staff of this amazing complex. I am not one to do gushing “Little Gem” reviews on anything, so when I have sunk to the depths of finding the ONLY thing to moan about was the toaster, I know I have stumbled on gold. The place runs like a fine Swiss watch, it is as if the management decided to build & staff this enormous complex to the highest possible standards, then when it was completed, looked upon their work & said, “No it’s not quite good enough, let’s make it a bit better”. Rooms: Our room was very spacious and faced out toward some tended gardens. It was, believe it or not, nearly 15 minutes walk to the beach, which shows how enormous this complex is. This didn’t bother us however, as the walk is splendid. You can also ring for a free shuttle to take you anywhere you like in the hotel if you don’t feel like walking. I must admit the beds were so hard an Indian Fakir who was used to sleeping on a bed of nails would have complained, but we got used to it. Everything in our room and the hotel in general was spotlessly clean. Food: The food was amazing, no penny pinching here. On 2 nights I stuffed myself with grilled giant prawns. There was something for everybody, although my favourite dish was a Moroccan Chicken Tagine with a fruity sauce. There was food available all day. I thought the 4 pm session was a bit uninspired, with just loads of little bits of cake & sometimes cold pasta. I think this session could be greatly improved, especially with the creativity of the Food & Beverages Team. The wine was excellent & the dining rooms superb. Guests: Most of the guests were Germans, some French & a couple of Brits. All our fellow guests were incredibly friendly & if you are anti- social this complex would not be to your liking. The Staff: The reason this complex works so well & the reason we loved our stay so much was the staff. Never in my travels have I encountered such motivated & pleasant staff. Mostly youngsters, both Germans & Moroccans worked as a remarkable team. Like ants, always busy doing something, never “Hanging around”. Truly unique. Not once did I see a mobile phone in use by any of the staff - a true feat in this day and age. How in the name of God have the management managed to coax these “Engines of distraction” out of their hands? I would have to say, on one 15 minute stroll from our room to the beach & back one would be greeted at least 35 times in German & English. The only other place we have experienced such pleasant & friendly staff was in the tiny Raffles in Cambodia. Finally: We plan to return this September, this time with my son & his girlfriend. With this in my mind I must solemnly beg the management NOT to replace the useless conveyor toaster which requires nearly 10 passes of bread before the bread either catches fire or just heats up - never toasts. With a couple of conventional element 4 slice push down toasters! If they do, I’ll have nothing to moan about!LOL

3rd time visiting this resort. 3rd time I have vowed to learn more German, but not got round to it! Its a German resort, so, yes the majority of events etc are in German. Why go here if I don't speak German? The Food and the sport facilities.! I went here for a Yoga week (in German), but it was easy enough to follow if you have some experience of Yoga. The food is fabulous. Being Vegan, I am often struggling for food choices on holiday. Not here. So much to chose from! The rooms have had a make-over since we where last here, they are still large rooms and very nicely decorated. The only complaint I would make is the hardness of the beds. So hard it gave me a sore back and shoulder. Please, invest in extra thick mattress toppers Robinsons!! Not everyone can tolerate a bed like a brick! The entertainment hadn't really kicked off when we where there, but that didn't bother us, there was a band playing a couple of times in the week that we stayed and they were very good. Overall the grounds are immaculate, the rooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms are very big too, with a huge shower. Improvements: proper mattress toppers; also if the entertainment is outside it would be nice to have a dedicated non smoking area for the guests who do not smoke. These are small things, that if sorted would make our stay just a little bit more special.

We stayed at the Robinson club for a week. It was an outstanding hotel and resort. The food was excellent and had 8 cooking stations (the food was cooked in front of you) the dining rooms had been themed so you could think you ate in a different restaurant every night. It wasn’t a problem finding a table for two or you could join a larger table and be more social if you wanted (and dive into the language barrier). Yes it was mainly German guests but the majority spoke English including the staff. You just have to make an effort to say hello ! I can not fault the quality of food, quality of cleanliness, amazing location and atmosphere generally throughout the whole complex. I would look out for a Robinson club hotel again.

Robinson’s Club Agadir is the only hotel we ever return to. Having travelled to many countries in the world, and stayed in many hotels, we always feel excited about returning to this wonderful place. This last holiday was our 4th ! The total refurbishment and improvements were really impressive , with complete changes in every room, and the amazing new platform build at the beach bar now gives sea views and entertainment. The manager responsible for the food and beverages played a large part in the planning of this classy new-design lunch beach bar, his name is Bora , he’s like a discreet very professional whirlwind between the main restaurant, bar and beach bar, and his enthusiasm is obviously infectious with his staff, who all seem so happy to serve under him and look after their guests. The food is out of this world !!! Look out for Souanne in the bar at the beach bar- shes a lovely lady, has been there a long time, and makes great cocktails ! - and in the main bar - look out for great barman called Mhind- ask him for an orange colada! Our only disappointment is that there are virtually no English spoken tv channels, although we are always promised it’s coming! We are hoping to bring our friends for our next trip!
