The location of the hotel is excellent, and only 5 Min. walk to the beach NOT 27 Min. as appears in the website. The SPA is very good with nice staff all around. If you stay at the hotel you must have a drink or dinner at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel.

The night staff (10-11 October) were rude and very unprofessional. Made my wife and me feel uncomfortable by their unprofessional behavior. The morning reception staff were ok. The breakfast was good and breakfast staff were friendly.

Service I. Restaurant was very poor. They ignored me for larger groups . I waited over 90 min for a dinner snack. They need more lighting at night. Hotel is dark and not safe . The best part was the spa and spa services and personnel . Very professional and good value for services

Lovely Stay

Amazing holiday! Went to Agadir for my birthday and wasn't sure what to expect at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, from the cleaning staff to the reception staff. Breakfast was always well stocked. Tasty pastries too. Had dinner a few times at the hotel too and the food was tasty, well seasoned and good sized portions - good value. Room was cleaned daily and toiletries and towels re-stocked. Room service was available even late at night. Hotel in general is beautiful. Clean and cosy feel. Felt safe too. About 7 minutes walk to the beach and nice cool walk to the marina which my husband and I preferred most days but taxis are always waiting outside if you so wish. Only real issue was the wi-fi in the room wasn't always great but was fine from the balcony. Lol. It wasn't a big deal though as there is decent wi-fi throughout the rest of the hotel including the pool area. Overall a brilliant stay. Would go back and take the children with us too.

Ce n’est pas un 4* ca vu les avis on s’en doutait, plutot un 3* « normes marocaines ». L’hygiène et la propreté ne sont clairement pas la priorité du staff. Arrivé a 13h, hotel quasi vide mais je dois attendre 15h pour ma chambre car l’heure c’est l’heure, en revanche des taies d’oreillers pas changées, de la poussière, une baignoire pas nettoyée!!! Réaction de la réception neutre, ca doit leur arriver souvent donc ils ne sont même plus surpris. Bref je déconseille cet hotel à la clientèle étrangère. Dommage belle bâtisse, piscine et transat agréable, cet hôtel a beaucoup de potentiel mais faut changer la direction à mon avis qui se laisse aller. Avis d’une agent de voyages!

Agréable séjour

Superbe séjour avec une équipe formidable, professionnelle à l écoute et très disponible de l accueil au restaurant passant par le spa et entretien rien n a redire. Hôtel très bien situé, propre et bien entretenu. La chambre vu sur mer et suite sont très agréables avec une bonne literie. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter déjà deux séjours effectué toujours satisfaite.

Todos los dias tenia que pedir toallas porque no habia en la habitacion. El wifi no llegaba a mi habitacion. La ultima noche no tenia agua caliente. En el checkout los locales se ponian delante mio en la cola de espera y el personal de recepcion les atendia antes que a mi, extranjero.
