My partner and I visited after having a good experience at the Melbourne branch. Unfortunately, whilst the room was good, the service and terrible parking was incredibly disappointing. The venue is located in the middle of Adelaide's nightclub district. If we'd realised that we would have stayed somewhere quieter. However, we also had a car with us, only to find that the carpark is very small, cramped and very difficult to drive through. with large concrete poles in the carriageway. Even with reversing cameras, we still came very close to hitting a pole (in a small sedan) because it had no safety markings and blended in. We had an electric vehicle and the bays were out of order. Fortunately we could charge elsewhere, but we had no warning the carpark would be so small and tight. Access is through a dead-end alleyway. We were told we could park at the separate parking facility next to the hotel, which we did, but staff did not advise us at check-in that the entrance to the independent carpark beside the hotel car park would close at 10pm. We checked-in and headed for dinner after being on the road all day, and when we came back needing to unload our bags we then had to carry them all the way around and through scores of drunken partygoers, in the rain, after first very carefully extracting the car from the dead-end alley. Very unimpressed with the lack of appropriate warning, communication and signage. We did also convey this to staff but there was no offer of resolution.
