Good service nice please Clean nice view the pool I can recommend with everybodye 😊☀️❤️

A really nice hotel our family had the best experience it would be a pleasure to return to the resort

Clean and comfortable. Staff were not very helpful.

When I think of Acapulco I think of beach... I this case, this hotel it is for business people that need to be close to the Convention Center.

Adult swimming pool is not really an adult swimming pool as children under 12 are allowed with an adult. People hanging out, playing catch, diving, crossing through the designated lap lanes in the wave pool. Resort facing rooms in building 4 are not conducive for afternoon naps as the music from the pool area is loud. Flies and mosquitoes in the gym. Management blames the flies and mosquitoes on the rain which is a lame excuse as the sliding doors in the gym do not close flush against each other so flies and mosquitoes are bound to slip through the cracks. Poor air conditioning/air circulation in the gym. I saw condensation on the ventilation vents on the ceiling in the gym so there is obviously hot air mixing with the cold air coming through the vents. Air conditioning unit in bathroom and bed area not working. Poor water pressure in shower. One of the ceiling fans makes an annoying noise when turned on. Room right next to the elevator bank so you keep hearing the floor notification bell. Printer/scanner not working in the business center because ink cartridge needs to be replaced. Was told it would take two days to get replacement ink cartridges. IT department should have replacement ink cartridges on hand. There is a Staples office supply store less than a ten minute drive. I am sure the IT department has replacement ink cartridges on hand for the credit card terminals, front desk printers, back office printers, etc. Hot in the business center.

Staff left the door of the patio open at the restuarant and I got bitten by mosquitoes. Hot water for the bathtub is ify. Bathtub in Master Suite is acrylic so no red wine bath as it will stain the acrylic. If you accidently turn on the water in the shower stall with the water going through the shower hose it will seep through the glass divider and cause a huge puddle in the bathroom area.

Nice hotel!!! VIP lounge use in the Airport was free Mundo Imperial Resort

no beach access and their beach club at the Princess comes with a daily fee.... No privacy door to the bathroom area and toilet and shower stall only have glass doors. the staff is excellent and accommodating, the buffet at Carnivore is excellent both for bkfast and dinner. the pools are beautiful. make sure to pay a small fee to get a room with pool view, if not you will be looking at the street

Very good hotel, excellent facilities, perfect as a starting point to get to know Acapulco or just rest.

The Mundo Imperial is definitely the best place in to stay in Acapulco. It is not near the beach, but I didn't seem to miss the sand & ocean, there were several exotic shaped pools to enjoy! This is a resort where you really don't need to leave and just focus on relaxing! The diverse restaurants are amazing with delicious food fare. A cafe is available with all sort of sunderies you may need. In the evening, the happy hours are always fun! Next to the resort is a concert arena that hosts different entertainment for concert venues. There La Isla shopping center with tons of shops and restaurants to enjoy! I would definitely come back again! I would definitely compare this place to the grand hotels you would find in Las Vegas, like the Venetian, Bellagio or Caesars Palace! PS: this is also a great place for families with kids!

Me gusto mucho. Buen servicio, buenas instalaciones, actividades para los niños, bien organizado, alimentos un poco caros pero bien servidos. Excelente costo beneficio para vacaciones familiares.
