Expedia didn’t pay the hotel. You have to pay the hotel yourself when you check in, in their currency. We had to pay our stay in person and go through a difficult cancellation process in order to finalize payment to the hotel. Expedia never informed us that this was the process.

Iva todo bien y despues todo se derrumbo.

Lunes 20 de Mayo todo Bien, Servicio de Playa, Restaurant, alberca, en genaeral. Martes 21 No alberca, no Restaurant. Ambos días no agua caliente en regadera a ninguna hora. Baño con insectos (cucarachas 3 lunes y 2 martes) tuve que tapar las 2 rejillas de drenaje del baño

Me encantó el estilo del hotel, acogedor, elefante, pocas habitaciones que hace que se disfrute todo el lugar, las habitaciones como la suite excelente para familias, el servicio del personal inigualable y muy sabroso. Limpio, tranquilo, y único. No me gusto que el jacuzzi estaba bajo de intensidad los días que estuve.
