Great instalations and service!! I realy enoy my stay, it was my first time in Acapulco!.

Great and friendly service upon arriving. The hotel presentation what clean and organized.

We have been staying at the Fiesta Americana each year for 23 years. It has been the perfect hotel for us, and the friends who have joined us from time to time also agree. The views from any room in the hotel are spectacular. The location is perfect. We can be on the beach or enjoy the pool, or we can walk or take a short bus or taxi ride to enjoy all that Acapulco has to offer -- unlike in the hotels in the Diamonte area, where you are sequestered in your own hotel. It's great to be among American, Canadian, and Mexican tourists, many with their children. Those who are anxious about security issues should feel very safe in this hotel. The staff always has been attentive and helpful. We plan to return next year.

This hotel is in the center of the bay, and close to many restaurants and shopping. The sound of the ocean from the rooms is very calming. The staff is very friendly and professional. I can't thank them enough for their help with a medical issue I had during my stay.

Stay at this centrally located hotel every year Great staff clean rooms walk out door to easy access to anything you need.

This Hotel is one of the most comfortable and accommodating Hotels that I have ever stayed in. All of the staff members are very helpful and full of love and smiles! It's very easy to move around and find anything you need. The cleaning staff is very thorough and efficient! Anything you need is easily provided by them. The pool is clean and fresh and the entire Hotel is spotless! Over all, it's a place we look forward to returning to! Thank you for the wonderful stay Fiesta!

Beautiful hotel staff is very polite very attentive to your needs very clean over all great experience will definitely return. Only bad thing is check in has to be at 3 pm if your there before you have to wait until 3 so get there at or after 3. Got there at 11 am and had to wait for are room. They take your luggage so you don't have to carry it around but still just wanted to take a shower and lay in my room after a long flight.

Friendly staff, we stayed for 9days no complains, housekeeping was on track on all the cleaning.

They make you where wristbands as a security measure, which can make you a target outside of the hotel. Take earplugs because it is noisy on south side all night. Great place for a family who speaks Spanish. No adult pool.

The location is not great for families since there are not a lot of good places to ear around and the breakfast is not included. That was hard for a family with kids...having to find a restaurant first thing in the morning was no fun. Otherwise the hotel was great and clean. First we had a room that wasn't very clean and the a/c was smelly but the staff was very responsive and they moved us to a room in excellent condition. The remainder of our stay was very comfortable.

Mexican families are the main clientele here so expect to see lots of kids, and weekends are very crowded. On Saturday there wasn't a single chair free by the pool, but staff quickly brought one out for me, and gave me a spot away from most of the crowd - great for reading. Poolside food service is really attentive I can recommend the fish tacos and seafood cocktail (vuelve a la vida)

Ok, would looke elsewhere next time....not that great ameneties.....

The place is nice, clean and mellow. We enjoyed the children classes at the pool and the childcare.

Staff is pretty much the problem they weren't friendly or helpful at all. Next time in Acapulco I will look for something better.

Beach and swimming pool perfect to relax. restaurant's food and people excellent

Nice place, we enjoyed a lot because the facilities they offered

we got a junior suite and there was impossible to sleep cause of the bars that loud play music ultil 4 am everyday i wont waste my time in stay here again.

This was my Fifth stay and this hotel, Would not stay anywhere else Price ,staff, service all first class. Location makes it an easy walk or bus to anywhere simple

I ´LL MAKE A COMPARE WITH LA QUINTA INN AND SUITES SAN ANTONIO. F. AMERIC. LA Q. INN AND S SN A. 30 % MORE EXPENSIVE DOES NOT ALLOW PETS ALLOW PETS DOES NOT GIVE EVEN A COFEE AT ROOM OFFERS A LITLE BREAKFAST DEPENDENCE OF VALLET PARKING MORE CONVENIENT AUTO PARKING ALL ROOMS HAVE MICROWAVE OVENS

I've stayed here many times and it only seems to get better with each new visit. Rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. The staff are attentive to whatever it is you may need
