not bad for an "aged" hotel giving the price ,and I've seen it all

is a great place to spend time in Acapulco, the main problem is the Buffet is not working long lines ...they should hire more waiters and they should be doing the lines and bring you the food

A/c stopped working in the middle of the night and baby in the adjoining room kept crying at night our entire stay (la perla needs soundproofing). Room was spacious. Ocean view was more like roof view of trees. Could see about one Inch of the ocean waves between the trees. Typical resort nothing special. Average food and waits.

It is older but very pretty. The lobby is very unique and refreshing

The Acapulco Princess was lovely. I’d seen mixed reports on here and had some concerns, but our experience was top-notch. It compares favorably to some of the best hotels I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world. We took advantage of an offer to upgrade to a Junior Suite/golf-course view for an additional $25/night above the basic room. The hotel upgraded us another step up to a Junior Suite with an ocean view (in the Pearl Tower). The rooms in each corner of the Pearl Tower (and probably the other tower) are suites. These are basically like the standard hotel room where you walk past the bathroom to the bed area but it’s at least 50% wider than the standard room. This gives you a nice seating area and a rather large balcony. If you’re traveling with a group or a large family, one of you could get a suite to have a gathering space for everybody. There was a slight delay at reception because we arrived right behind a busload of convention-goers, but all the staff we met was polite and professional. With so many swimming pools and restaurants, our only trouble was deciding what to do. It was a great get-away. I’m really glad we decided to stay at the Acapulco Princess.

Amazing pools and beach. Italian restaurant is very good.

The beautiful buildings, the lovely pools, the openness of the property. The excellent Italian Restaurant, La Tavola.

Very nice hotel and amenities. rooms are dated and kind of old but very spacious rest of the hotel still looks very jiI like it being pet friendly but Not liking having dogs all over the property and pooping in the main garden. They should have their own area and their own rooms.

This hotel property is beautiful, the beach and the pools are gorgeous, however the rooms needs to be renovated along with the bathroom shower area. It seems the hotel mostly caters to Spanish only, the TV channels were all in Spanish no English channels. The restaurants has improved since our last visit when it was Princess, but more variety is needed at the restaurants catering to different cultures. Also if you want to use the Cabana you have to reserve it and spend additional money according to their policy. I strongly disagreed with that but had no choice. The staff is quite friendly and if you are looking for a relaxing vacation then this would be your spot.

EXCELENTE SERVICIO E INSTALACIONES. PRECIO RAZONABLE
