El peor hotel en el que me he hospedado, no hay teléfono en las habitaciones, están sucias, la gente que se hospeda aquí viene a fiestear en el hotel y el personal del hotel no les llama la atención a alos huéspedes que hacen ruido, ponen bocinas a todo volumen, las fotos que ponen en la página no cumplen con las relea, el check out lo tienen a las 10:00 am, no tiren su dinero a la basura al hospedarse en este hotel.

Other than feeling like the whole property had been abandoned, the rooms were terribly dirty. I’m currently having to get my suit case worth of clothes re washed due to the awful smell of dust.

it took the hotel staff about 10 minutes before they could locate my reservation information. Apparently, the information in my expedia email did not matched any folio number about the hotel. In addition, expedia allowed a Discover Card payment but the hotel does not accept Discover Card in Mexico. So my additional payments had to be in cash.

Close to the beach, nice pool

If you are looking for a budget hotel with a nice and clean pool this is the place. We weren't able to got to the beach in our stay because of the weather conditions. However, the distance tot he beach is very close and of an easy access. There is a space to grill you just need to reserve at the front desk. As far of the accommodations, it seems like they restrict the water during the day and you are only able to bath and wash after 4 pm. Which wouldn't be a problem if we were told about that since the beginning. I had to go in several occasions to ask about the running water and I was given many different versions. The restaurant is good and not expensive. There is a small grocery store on site for your daily needs. The massages were extraordinary and the lady was super nice. I think she was the nicest of all. It states that is a 4 star hotel but it's definitely not. However, if you are looking to spend sometime with your family and enjoy of a nice pool this can be a good option.

El trato que nos dió el personal exelente, Tiene estacionamiento gratis, tiene un buen acceso a la playa, la alberca muy limpia. Lo que no me gustó es que en el baño se escurre mucho el agua cuando te estás bañando y se encharca todo la puerta está muy dura para abrir y cerrar y hay unos camastros que ya están en mal estado solo son detallitos que con un buen mantenimiento quedan de ahí en fuera todo excelente a mi familia le encantó

En general bien.

La estancia en general fue buena. Visitamos ese hotel principalmente por la ubicación ya que está en una de las playas más vacías en barra vieja y por la situación de pandemia buscábamos un lugar vacío. Otro motivo por el que lo elegimos fue por qué la habitación tiene cocineta y mesa para hacer los alimentos dentro de la habitación. Uno de los puntos malos es que menciona que tiene servicio de alimentos al cuarto lo cual no es cierto. La estancia fue buena, pero al final me pareció desagradable que 5 minutos después de que vence el cuarto empiezan a tocar para decirte que ya venció el cuarto, no te dan tiempo de tolerancia y parece que tienen mucha prisa por qué desalojes. Las instalaciones son buenas. Buena relación calidad precio. Si buscas un trato excelente por parte del personal y servicios de calidad este no es el hotel. Digamos que su fuerte no es otorgar el mejor servicio. Yo regresaría pero sabiendo que el servicio q cliente es más bien mediocre.

Las habitaciones huelen mal, además tienen algún tipo de plaga por las noches me llené de ronchas. Las sábanas estaban sucias y en general el lugar es muy viejo, el precio pagado por las habitaciones es muy alto para lo que es. El restaurante habré a las 9, no puedo creer que no se pueda desayunar antes. Pésimo hotel, estoy muy arrepentido
