Las Casitas Village at El Conquistador
"Staff at the front desk require remedial training. After greeting guests, the very next question to guests, should be are your reservations for the Main hotel or Las Casitas Villas. First time guests are not familiar with the property nor systems or processes. The amount of confusion and inconvience that occurred because of either untrained staff, inability to comprehend or unwillingness to listen, was mind blowing. Other than that, all other staff were very accommodating and pleasant."
