"I’ll start by saying that the person who checked me in was fantastic! They were friendly and knowledgeable of the goings on in the area. I chose this hotel because the description said it had parking. When I did my online check in, I found out that no parking was available for my stay, and by that point I couldn’t cancel my reservation, and had to book parking elsewhere. I was flying out the day of my check out at 6am, so that meant walking to a parking garage alone at 3:45 in the morning. Additionally, there was no deadbolt on my door. Other guests came back at 3am and slammed doors waking me just before my alarm went off. If I hadn’t had to get up at 3am, that wouldn’t have made for a pleasant night’s sleep. The location of the hotel is great and tons of things are within walking distance."
