She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from our room setup to every extra request we had. It felt completely seamless, like every detail was already handled before we even thought to ask. The spa was another highlight, and Mackenzie was absolutely fantastic. Professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the experience relaxing and personalized, exactly what you hope for but rarely get to this level. And I have to give a special shoutout to Cliff from valet. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and accommodating, but his knowledge and warm personality truly tied the whole experience together. It’s rare to meet someone who leaves such a lasting impression in such a short interaction. Every part of this trip felt thoughtful, elevated, and genuinely cared for. "When we arrived the air conditioner did not work., it was 75 degrees in room. We had maintenance come the following morning. It was really hot during night because air conditioner did not work when your out of room. Then on Saturday we needed the heat because it was 54 degrees outside, that did not work. "
