Very short staffed and not a high end resort Unkept property - everything is falling apart especially the pools and water park. Nobody around to clean up the common pool areas. There was VERY unsafe conditions at the water park. There was garbage left for a whole week that nobody cleaned. The pools themselves never get cleaned at night. The room have broken doors, fridges, AC and more. The food selection at the buffet is limited and not flavorful. There is no nightly entertainment past 8pm and not much for the kids to do. The beach was not maintained either.

Food makes this review average, very limited choices, cheap food, minimal fruits.. exact same breakfast every morning for a week ( reminds me a airport hotel continental breakfast).. on the other hand- luxurious modern design s property and nice waterpark suitable for kids aged 7-9year old. If you got a cheap deal and dont mind cheap tasteless food with limited choices- it is definitely place to go

This was our second stay at Paradisus. The beach and pool areas are beautiful, the kids' water park was perfect. Service was professional and friendly. We loved the food. Alicia was great at taking care of our room. And Sonya took extra good care of us at the buffet. Another great stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always willing to accommodate, to make our stay better. The only downside was that i had to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve a chair on the beach and sometimes for the pool area as well
