Absolutely top notch service - cannot say enough about the staff. The resort and property was beautiful. The food outstanding. It was so nice to be able to have a choice of cuisine and experience without the need for reservations in an intimate setting in each restaurant. The beach is also very clean, walkable and free from vendors. We had a swim out room that was fantastic. We will definitely go back.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with unparalleled service, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. For travelers wanting a peaceful retreat away from the party scene, this property offers the perfect place. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the mesmerizing ocean. It captivated me each day as I lounged by the shore, soaking in the serenity of the surroundings. And for those seeking a more immersive experience, the swim-up rooms provided a luxurious retreat, albeit with limited ocean views. While the service exceeded expectations, offering attentive care and personalized attention, there were some areas for improvement. The lack of high-end alcohol options was a minor disappointment. Additionally, the absence of cocktail menus throughout the property, except for one bar in the lobby, was a missed opportunity to elevate the guest experience. However, the most notable downside was encountering VIP scammers attempting to peddle timeshares. It's essential to steer clear of these individuals, don’t be a falling prey to their schemes.

A beautiful property with the best service we have had at a resort in a very long time. Rene and Francisco in the pool area were super attentive and friendly. Esther our concierge took great care of us and really went above and beyond our service expectations. I now see why Secrets Maroma gets all the high praise!

The resort and the beach are BEYOND gorgeous. They also have the best staff and service we’ve ever experienced on vacation! They create a personalized experience for each group or coup at the resort, and welcome you with the finest amenities! In particular our room concierge, Roberto and the activities director, Omar made our trip far better than we could have ever expected! They created a fun vacation atmosphere, while also helping to create lots of time to relax and enjoy the romantic atmosphere for a fabulous couples getaway! I also truly appreciated the little touches that the hotel provided throughout our vacation. From the full stock of room amenities (they literally provide everything for you, it was fantastic!), to the gorgeous beach bag and wonderful bar service that literally brought your drink to your lounge chair. We will definitely be back next year! This resort is a 10/10.
