The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Downside of being all inclusive the wait for dinner at night was at least a hour every night, so basically if you wanted to jump around different restaurants at night there was not enough time frame due to there dinner window of 6pm-11pm

The gym had about 4 pieces of equipment down, which was disappointing. The food at Oxilo ( spelled wrong) was not as great as it was last year. However these things are minor in the grand scheme of things. The staff are wonderful. The hotel is so clean. We just love it here.

The hotel itself is good, a bit dated but still holds up, the problem we had was that we expected a certain level of restaurant and food at a 5-star all-inclusive... The food was just bad, everywhere we ate was just warm food from another dinner or lunch, nothing was fresh nothing was too tasty, a real disappointment.
