The staff were great...very friendly and accommodating. Special kudos to Theresa and Mario for massages at the spa; Jorge our waiter for our private couples dinner; we had many different restaurant staff and they were all great. Food was not exceptional, but it was good and convenient. What i did not like was the almost constant loud, repetitive, thumping music at the pools and in the bars...which I could hear throughout the hotel and our room. I was looking for a quieter laid-back atmosphere, not a party atmosphere. My first time to Cancun, perhaps the party atmosphere is standard at most resorts. Still we had a great time. Nice facilities. Great staff
