Most of the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Mostly wears a smile. I like that they don't force you or ask for tips. They are happy to serve with or without. But they'd appreciate it more if we give them tips. Marisa, cleaning lady, is great. Our room is always clean and tidy. She always replinish our toiletries and fridge with beverages. She even made 2 swans with eyes out of towels. She gave us new towels everytime we requested to clean the room.

Everything about the resort was amazing. The staff was spectacular. The food was delicious. The entertainment was well put together. My only complaint would be that everything shuts down at 11. There was nothing to do! No night life at all. My group was a bunch of night owls, and it’s not feasible to leave the resort every night.

The rooms are good. We didn't get the room we had initially booked, which was disappointing givin we book a room with a veiw and all we could see was a tall facility. We booked a room with a king bed but instead got a room with 2 double beds. The food is very repetitive. Every day the same thing. Bar staff was great. The beach is very smal. Like very very small, and not as soft as most other beaches that we walked during our stay. A few staff menbers were pretty rude when it came to smaller kids playimg in the pool but for thw most part it was a good stay.
