All the staff was courteous and pleasant , very eager to help and make our stay memorable , the management heard we are not happy with our room because of the constant wind blowing, they offer us to move to the adult section to make the last 2 days more relax and comfortable since we were celebrating our 40 th anniversary and they went beyond that to decorate our room with balloons and champagne . It was much appreciated and we definitely will recommend this hotel to our friends.amazing week was spent at the Hyatt Ziva, Thank you
