This place is amazing. The staff is so kind and does everything they can to cater to your needs. The facilities are so clean and you can tell everyone works really hard. Best restaurant is hibachi, but make sure you make reservations early. Breakfast at the Italian is the best breakfast. The buffet is just okay but there’s plenty of other eating options. The cafe where the ice cream is a must everyday. Best beach in the area in my opinion. And so clean!! The shows are fun and entertaining. We’ve gone back twice to this same resort and will probably return.

I found it to be very easy to access all the amenities; nothing is too far….Both pool areas are amazing !!! From a personal perspective, the AC in the ocean from rooms should work better, faster…but overall the whole place is excellent.

Everything was great! It’s a little too loud in the mornings in the family suites… I can hear the cleaning ladies talking loudly, birds chirping, furniture being moved around above me and people screaming and yelling in the hallways…. I was woken every morning by this….. but besides that, everything was great.. I would totally stay there again…. Kids should be allowed to attend the restaurants, and the family suite shouldn’t be right beside the adult pool, especially when kids are not allowed in it
