Upon arrival I was assigned a room. With luggage in hand I went up to my room, and my key did not work. Fine. Got assigned a different room and was extremely disappointed by the condition of the interior. There was mold in the bathroom. Tub was in horrible condition. Water barely turned warm. Worst of all, after I woke up I notice a movement next to me and saw a black bug crawling next to me. I jumped up pulled the pillow up and noticed two more. I was extremely uncomfortable

Was here for a conference. It was very clean, the front desk was super friendly, breakfast was hotel standard and free so good enough for me. The managers evening reception was fun! Those girls at the bar are the nicest girls I’ve met here in CA.
