My family had a two day experience there and it was great, I will book this hotel again next time
We had a wonderful time and look forward to our return trip. The staff was exceptional. Parking was the only negative. Unless you use valet. No beach next to hotel is a consideration Overal we loved our time and will be back

The staff was extremely helpful and polite from the time we arrived until we left! Especially Daisy!! What a way to celebrate a birthday! My view was the the Pacific ocean and the pool grounds. A bottle of champagne and fruit and dessert tray was there in my room upon my arrival. The landscaping is amazing! Oh, and the food and drinks at Pelican Bay restaurant on hotel property was amazing!!We will definitely be back! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!!

The first room we received the patio door was open and a ton of mosquitoes had entered the room. The tv was on so it seemed like someone was in the room. We requested a different room on a higher level with no bugs and the staff was extremely helpful and understood. The next room we got a dirty towel was left on the floor by the door. Seemed like maybe it was accidentally dropped before maid left the room. Overall it served its purpose but I wouldn’t stay here again.
The rooms were not clean. The bathroom had bugs and had hair left over from the prior guest. Beds were okay. Location nice. No dine-in delivery food. The televisions did not allow for using your personal accounts or casting your devices so your only options were paying exorbitant amounts to watch things you probably had access to on your phone.
