The front desk was chit chatting with friends instead of check me in. There are flies and spiders in the room. The floor was nasty the bathroom is so dirty that my daughter refuses to shower in it. Homeless is everywhere surrounding the property.
The lady was very nice at check in. But as far as cleanliness, that need some work. One of the beds had a long hair on it and dried booger on the pillow.
The staff can't count couns if people are looking.
Overall great stay and clean rooms
Front desk staff were really nice and even called a few minutes after check in to make sure everything was ok with the room. However, property is almost right next to freeway and so really hard to sleep at night with all the traffic noise. Room jd a strong musty/moldy odor also. Bathroom/tub were not very clean. Par for the course for Motel 6 though I guess.

This place was an absolute dump. Dirty, smelly. Rooms and hallways were dark and dingy. The light in the bathroom did not work. No offer to fix it or discount the room. Lots of shady people about at all hours. I would gladly drive 100+ miles to find another option than to stay here. Maybe the worst place I’ve ever stayed and I’ve hung my hat in all kinds of places.
property looks fairly nice . however, vacuuming of the hallways shoud occur daily and it does not. since pets are allowed in the rooms, that means lot of dog hair etc in the hallways daily. also, rear exit door on the second floor makes terrible screeching noise when opening and shutting it. told the staff and nothing done about it promptly. a problem when you are sleeping in the room next to the door. wakes you up often at night.

Location is convenient. Yet all planes from Santa Ana Airport roar allow altitude shadowing the hotel. The rooms are large, the furniture cheap but OK. The real problem is cleanness: the bathroom area was not clean. The towels were small, cheap and bad smelling; the bed sheets were terribly wrinkled (I found black hair) so they were not changed. There was a bad pet smell on my pillow (by the way, this hotel is pet friendly). No shampoo or body wash, just a cheap bad smelling no foaming soap chip. I stayed three nights over the weekend. Nobody vacuumed the halls even thought there was dirt carried in by pets. No continental breakfast. Don't believe the add "breakfast included". There is neither breakfast nor breakfast room. Just a table with complimentary coffee in the hall area like in an oil change waiting room. The pool is a ghost area. No towels. The spa was lukewarm and the water was not clean. The front desk people were nice but I didn't see other people working or cleaning. Again, the dirt hall carpet from Friday night was still there Monday at noon, but I didn't see any personnel cleaning rooms or facilities. Do not go there unless you have a pet! I didn't realize how cheap a motel 6 could be. Now I know!
The place was nasty and full of garbage. Smoking in the non smoking. Rats. Holes in the walls.
1st i had to move 4 times...1st room was to be a non smoking room and i got a smoking room.2nd room the air conditioner didn't work.3rd room just when we thought we were good we go to flush the toilet and it over flows with paper coming out of the toilet now this is all in one day!..So i go to the front desk and let them know whats going on and again they moved me to another room and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and it was a room that some one smoked in. after this experience I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT A MOTEL 6 AGAIN!
