Stayed here with my parents for 1 week and we absolutely love it. Love the spacious kitchen and got washer/dryer too. Super friendly staff as well and the unlimited coffee/tea at the lounge is really cherry on the top! It’s so convenient next to Tokyo Station and bus to the airport as well. We will definitely be back!

amazing staff, always went above and beyond what I'd see in even the best US hotels, room was old fashioned but had a lot of modern amenities.

Very clean, friendly staff, very welcoming. The setting was very nice and minimalistic. Everything was serene and well kept! Will be staying here again.

The hotel didn't upgrade my room I expected as a Gold member of Orbitz .The room I stayed in was very small.

Wonderful staff and rooms were clean and quiet

The staff here is amazing. They were very attentive and helpful. There are a few restaurants on the site/within the grounds. The grounds are beautiful and massive. We did not even see everything that they had to offer (golf course, gym). We did make it to their bath house (included with your stay...closed on Mon). They do not accept tattoos (but you may cover them up with tape. You are given a robe so it may not be obvious that you have one. I would clear it before paying and entering, then getting kicked out because it was too big to be covered. Definitely go there if you have the chance, it is amazing. There are claw games, TV, massages, and food. The location is good if you don't mind being on a bus schedule. Most of the transportation offered is free, but it is located a bit outside of the main city so be prepared to walk a LOT or get a taxi (not cheap). The city bus is about 220¥ from the bus stop (right outside of the hotel). There are several good restaurants within a mile from the hotel...good way to build up your appetite and to walk off dinner. Huge hotel and very quiet in the rooms. It is nice that they have a 7-11 in the lobby as well.
