Friendliest staff and buffet was so delicious we never ate at any of the specially restaurants. Really comfortable rooms with large beds and fluffy pillows, entertainment was great!

Awesome Resort! Great all around experience.

- The room was very nice and comfortable. - The staff was okay but not customer-friendly at all. - Upon entering the resort, I was pulled aside and given misleading information. I was offered a gift and told it was not a sales event, just a breakfast with a manager in a nicer section. However, when I showed up the next day, I was taken to the club area for a sales event. When I refused to attend, one of the staff members spoke to me very rudely and essentially asked me to leave. This felt like a sleazy sales tactic, especially since I had clearly stated I was not interested in any sales or marketing event. - The resort is not fully functional, and there were many men doing repairs. This is understandable considering what the island recently went through.

My husband and I had a great time! So much to love about this place: the lovely treehouse-style accommodations nestled amongst the beautiful foliage, the illusive hummingbirds and tree frogs, the delicious buffet and The Chef's Table dining experience, 7-Mile Beach, the design motif throughout the resort, and the professional and friendly staff. Best of the RIU resorts in Jamaica! Xzinia Evans at the Elite bar and Mr Grant at Seaside Steakhouse were exceptional employees as well! Five Star service!

Awesome Resort! Great all around experience.

Even though I got there early, I had to wait until about 5:PM for my room. Each time I approached the desk was told my room was not yet ready. My son was with me, began to say that he was not coming back. Furthermore, this trip was the 4th for this year. As a registered RIU member, better courtesy should have been extended to us!
