Flights Review

Mar 4, 2020

Aside from major time spent with your customer service people (talking 10+ hours in multiple sessions - one session was over 4 hours) to work on a name change issue and a refund issue, Orbitz has been great. Frustrating that SAA would not accept a passport name change (when a person gets married they need to update their SS card, Driver's license and Passport in the states and can't do this from a foreign country but have to get to the US first to do so and then travel back home with new info. If I could help it, I would never travel SAA again!

Jan 15, 2020

Planes are about to be replaced, so I'll forgive the failing entertainment system. Otherwise a good flight.

Jan 29, 2019

Except my luggage did not arrive with me and I had to pay for the later pick up. Airline mistake/ mishap that customer has to pay for?? It should have been delivered to my address at my destination

Dec 18, 2018

Nice and friendly staff. Nice aircraft. I will continue to support SAA.

Nov 3, 2018

The entertainment system never works. I've taken SAA 4 times this year. Every time they needed to reboot system.
