I was actually able to put my arms inside the armrests (middle seat) without crossing my arms in front of me. And I am not skinny. What a pleasant change!

Jan 6, 2020

This was my first trip on Alaska, and I was very pleased. The seats were wonderful...they felt ergonomic rather than too big (I'm small) or too cramped (even though I'm small, I hate when the seat in front of me goes back and I feel crushed). Good, friendly service. Informative messages from pilot. Easy check-in, Flight was slightly delayed and we were kept abreast of developments and told how we could cooperate to make boarding faster. Downside: no blankets and pillows for a redeye. If you don't want to provide them to keep costs down, let passengers know, so we don't keep blanket substitutes unaccessible in our carry-ons!

Flight was delayed but JetBlue was very accommodating and staff was helpful!

Dec 15, 2019

I rate my jetBlue experience 10 out of 10!

Sep 7, 2019

It was okay, bit squished but I wasn’t expecting anything else from the basic class

Jul 6, 2019

My kids want to have some games on the flight. ( I don’t really care)

Jul 5, 2019

Very smooth flight experience! Loved the free popcorn chips.

Jul 4, 2019

I really enjoy what JetBlue does with passengers being able to get their own snacks and drinks. A simple gesture like that creates trust and is really customer service friendly in this day and age of flying with the airlines. And I've never seen anybody abuse the privilege. It makes flying with JetBlue so nice along with the free movies. This airline is beginning to be my favorite among domestic airlines.

Nice to have meals on cross country flights!

You could make the seats more comfortable. I am 5'7" and thought u rarely an uncomfortable, this flight my tail bone was hurting me.
