We were in room 215 trying to get to sleep and whoever was above us was stomping around banging doors or closets until midnight. It sounded like staff of some sort (is that a kitchen?) was already in my pajamas so I did not go down to the lobby to tell any staff (and there was no phone in the room). Very disappointed.

Property is in a great location. The staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. The property decor is dated and some of the furniture and carpets are worn.
