Terrible infotainment system on AF A380 Like we’re back in 2002
Was not happy with assigned seats.
Everything was wonderful
We had a great experience! Would love to fly with them again!
I had to check bagb & did not want to.
Flight was a little late but no problem
The new seats won’t allow to recline. The load in to the plane should be divided on groups I paid extra $ for the seats selection on Row 7 but most people try to load the plane from the front instead of the back so my carry on bag was on Row 18.
The only problem was that your site didn't allow us to make seat selections on line and we had to call for that. Otherwise, great.
Better than Air France, British airlines, and Air Italia
I really liked getting the extra legroom seats on both my flights.
Baggage fees were exorbitant
