Glück gehabt

Anfang August verbrachten wir 2 Wochen mit 2 Familien (8 Personen) im Haus Glück, das nicht besser benannt sein könnte. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem Haus, dass auch mit der doppelten Personenzahl gut zurechtkommen dürfte. Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize Betten und eigenen Badezimmern, 4 davon mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne. Die insgesamt 3 WCs sind separat. In einem der Zimmer können 2 zusätzliche Schankbetten ausgeklappt werden, in einem anderen gibt es 5 weitere Einzelbetten. Auch der Rest vom Haus ist auf so viele Bewohner eingestellt, es gibt u.a. 2 Spülmaschinen und Backöfen und einen Kühlraum! Auch Besteck (inkl. guter Messer) und Geschirr sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus ist auf den Fotos sehr gut getroffen. Unter den vielen Features gibt es einiges zu entdecken, z.B. die grifflose Küche, den Wasserhahn mit gefiltertem stillen, sprudelnden und kochendem Wasser, die Spanndecke im Wohnraum, rahmenlose Türen, zahllose Einbauschränke, die Klimaanlage und das Sonos-System in allen Räumen, Solaranlage und Regenwassereinspeisung, den beheizten Pool mit unsichtbarer Abdeckung und Pumpe, die Sauna oder die Feuerstelle mit Grillplatte. Wer gerade baut oder renoviert, wird sich sicher freuen, das ein oder andere Feature einmal selbst nutzen und für sich bewerten zu können. Unser größtes Glück war es aber, durch das Haus überhaupt erst Belgien zu entdecken. Denn aus Deutschland fährt man typischerweise in die Niederlande, wenn man an die Nordsee und nicht in Deutschland bleiben möchte. Jetzt wissen wir, dass Belgien im Vergleich noch mehr zu bieten hat, insbesondere in kulinarischer Hinsicht, wo es bei Pommes und Pils gerade mal anfängt. Von der Lage her hat uns Haus Glück auch gut gefallen. Nebenan sind eine wenig befahrene Straße, ein Bauernhof und der Bellewaerde Freizeitpark (5 min zu Fuß!), von denen man aber kaum etwas mitbekommt. Zu den Supermärkten in Ieper und Zonnebeke sind es mit dem Auto 10 Minuten. Innerhalb einer Stunde ist man ebenso an den Stränden von De Haan oder Nieuwpoort wie in Bügge oder Gent. Und wer sich für den ersten Weltkrieg interessiert, kann viele Städten mit den beiden Rädern erkunden, die im Haus bereitstehen. Zusammengefasst hat es uns so gut gefallen, wie diese Bewertung lang ist. Das lag definitiv auch an den sehr netten Vermietern, die immer erreichbar sind und umgehend helfen, wenn es mal irgendwo klemmt. Wir sagen dankjewel und kommen gerne wieder.

Prachtig vakantiehuis

Een hyper uitgerust vakantiehuis, goed gelegen, voor de kinderen Bellewaerde op loopafstand. We hebben genoten van de sauna voor het zwembad was het nog te koud. Grote prachtige tuin met grote bbq ieper kort bij. Het grote slagveld Passendale dichtbij alsook vele kerkhoven.

Prachtig huis met alle luxe (zonnescreens, airco, muziekinstallatie, ingerichte keuken, zwembad, sauna,...) Elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer, wat een echt pluspunt is! Heel verzorgde en propere woning! Gastvrouw geeft goede tips en is heel goed bereikbaar bij vragen!

Een mooie locatie en een zeer mooi afgewerkt met heel veel luxe.

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis. Het zwembad was zeer aangenaam aangezien het verwarmd was. Binnen was alles ook in orde met mooie kamers en in de keuken was alles aanwezig om te koken.
