The room itself wasn’t bad except for the fact that the thermostat was broke and it was over 80 degrees in the room. After a restless night in 80 degrees their coffee pot was broke so they had no coffee. So not the best stay, overall.

Check-in was okay, room was clean. I noticed in the bathroom there were two small bottles of shampoo on the counter and asked the front desk if they had complimentary bottles of conditioner. I have long hair and benefit from conditioner, as with winter, my hair tends to be on the drier side, The front desk was not able to provide hair conditioner and remarked they do not have that.

The room was very affordable, however I was surprised at the rating being so high for cleanliness upon arrival. The room, though had been madeover for a new guest, was run down and not deep cleaned. We found a tick crawling on the bed and our son woke up with bites all over him from some bug. This was a pet friendly room hotel and we suppose a pet friendly room.
