The staff is inconsistsnt where the last week hardly removed trash from my room. Breakfast under the original owner was great, but now it's only sausage gravy and biscuits as the only hot breakfast. No eggs, no sausage. The room shows a lot of wear and tear.

Check in staff friendly, good breakfast selections. Room was good, caulking around bathtub needs replaced due to mildew (or cleaned). Also carpet on upstairs outside area is loose, could easily trip on it. Otherwise good stay.

The property was mostly clean. There was no comfortable chair and not enough outlets. Towels were pretty thin. It was obvious they are working on things. No protein at breakfast. Not bad for the price but less than I expected.

When I arrived the key didn't work for my room. I paid for a room with a king bed and instead got a room with a double bed and smelled like smoke. I even paid extra to upgrade the room from Queen to King and didn't get either

Touching up

We had stayed at this place a few times before and noticed it was getting some refurbishing done,but this time we could really tell a difference.It was very well cleaned up,new flooring,nice bathroom area and the Hot Breakfast and other items were very good.We will make it our go to place again.
