I had paid for a room with a hot tub. That didn't happen. The first room I was put in stank of cat urine. The second room haded a bathroom with cracked sink housing and a filthy tub. It took more than 10 minutes for the water to get warm enough for a shower. The bed looks like it's falling apart. The thermostat couldn';t be regulated. Sorry to say this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Staff was nice, lobby was nice and bright...room on the other hand, last persons garbage left in the room in the corner, I don't think the house keeper remembered to come back and get it, shampoo bottle left in the shower...bath tub could use an update...nooks and crannies could have been cleaned better...very noisy all night long...lots of people up and down the hallway...and dogs barking from neighboring room... probably wouldn't stay again...but for $75 ...u get what you pay for

People were awesome, but ordered a smoking room and they over booked them we got a non smoking room, there is also a homeless population living there, but never felt unsafe. Our room was recently updated the king bed was awesome. There were also roaches we saw three roaches during out stay.

Staff at the desk was really nice...when I arrived (the young lady). I we to my room and it was awful...so nasty I thought it was a prank!! Shower was really disgusting mold, hair, dried scum and soap on the walls(I took pictures)..then the beds were nasty...saw fleas on the bed and left immediately!!! I was only in that motel 15 mins!! I went to the desk to get a refund and they told me that I had to contact Expedia because I paid thru you...That room was extremely nasty and not suitable and should not legally be able to be rented to people!!!
