We reserved and paid for a room with two twin beds and a trundle bed for two adults and a child on Expedia. Hotel gave us a room with only two beds when we arrived at 10pm on 12/30. Our child got no bed to sleep on. I showed their staff at front desk the room I reserved on the hotel website, he was rude and unhelpful. After one hour arguments, at 11pm, they pulled out a trundle bed under one twin bed in the same room to solve the problem. This is really bad experience with this hotel.

Clean room, comfortable bed, thoughtful amenities provided including organic facial cleanser. Good breakfast with sufficient choices and comes with pleasant view of the airport. Very convenient to get to as Hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle. Pick up from the airport was just outside an enclosed waiting room at Haneda airport which was really pleasant in a cold winter night.

The amenities of free items were great. Our room was missing the kettle so getting ramen was a little pointless. The pick up for the shuttle is from terminal 2 and the pick up times are also dragnet. The bus doesn’t leave til 5:20 so if you hav an early flight you have to catch a go, which was a bit difficult early in the morning.

It was overall a nice stay. Everything is clean and the free shuttle bus service is really convenient. The view from the room is nice. I have the laundry room on the same floor. So handy. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the room. It was so tiny. I have to move some stuff around in order to have space to open my 29 inch luggage. After opening, there is no space to walk. But Japan hotel room are generally tiny.

Nice hotel great amenities. We only stayed here one night, the day we arrived in Japan. It is quite far from a lot of tokyos attractions so I wouldn’t stay here for a long time but would definitely come again otherwise.

Very nice hotel. Clear. Helpful staff. Nearest station is 15min walk. Or hotel shuttle that leaves every hour
