The two ladies at the front desk where outstanding! I was actually trying to check in an hour or so early, and these two were coming off a completely sold out night before, I believe that they were a person short too, but they always kept me informed, even as I was continuously reminding them that I was in absolutely no hurry and could definitely tell they were the ones who were the most aggravated that things weren't going as fast as they wanted for my benefit! Outstanding service, extremely professional, extremely proficient and couldn't have been more gracious,, I go from Florida to Montana, at least once and sometimes twice a year, and 75% of the time, I'll stay in Cheyenne. Well I've just found a favorite! And make no mistake, it's solely because of your staff. Mike L

Check in was rough due to a busy time with Cheyenne frontier days going on. They finally got room ready. The area was cool but the shuttle was awesome! Doing renovations so they get a pass on that! Bar and food options were good too

Right off I80, convenient, clean, staff pleasant

The front desk clerk was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is very convenient for those traveling along I-80. The room was clean and well maintained.
