The room was not as advertised, old, ran down, toilet took three times to flush. Restaurant and bar closed. Pool had not been cleaned, no water, debris around pool. Cigarette butts outside sliding door going to pool. First set of outside doors did not lock could not lock and there were no security cameras.

Room was good as was the breakfast. What would be helpful is if the doors to each room had soft close hinges. The slamming doors late night and early morning was not helpful with getting a good nights rest.

I stopped at the Baymont in Rawlins Wyoming as I was travelling home. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. I requested a ground floor unit, however, none were available, so one of the staff assisted me with getting my items to my room. She took my dinner order and waited for me to finish dinner then carried the heaviest item to my room. The room was very clean and well presented. The only complaint I have is the bed was TOO soft. Hotels, in general, need to put firmer mattresses in their rooms, not just they Baymont. The pillows were the perfect firmness, the chairs were comfortable as well. The staff was not as helpful in the morning. I had to lug my heavy object out to my vehicle myself. It is an oxygen concentrator I need for sleeping and is very heavy for an old woman. The front desk is part of the diner which is very unique. Having such a set up allows guests to order food to either eat in the diner or take to their rooms while doing their check in.

Just needed a bed.
