Los huéspedes seguramente disfrutarán de unas vacaciones inolvidables en este condominio de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños, completamente renovado y lujoso, totalmente amueblado, en el tercer (último piso) con ascensor en el edificio. Observe las olas del océano desde la cama king-size de la suite principal "Sea Dolphins". La "Habitación Náutica" tiene una cama king y la "Habitación Sirena" tiene 2 camas individuales. Todas las camas y colchones son nuevos y este condominio es cómodo para dormir 6 personas. El salón está amueblado con WIFI de alta velocidad y TV por cable con reproductor de DVD. La cocina es perfecta para cocinar y está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos NUEVOS, completamente equipada con utensilios de cocina y tiene un grifo de agua de ósmosis inversa. Este condominio tiene su propio sistema de filtro de agua Rain Soft para toda la casa. Hay un acceso a la playa al lado del edificio y disfruta de dos piscinas comunitarias al aire libre y una cancha de tenis. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una tarde de observación de aves, playa y pez playa y deportes acuáticos. Perfect getaway.

Jim and Peggy's beach condo was perfect. It was spotless, had every amenity we needed, there was a garage and parking spot. King beds. An elevator to get to the third floor. A balcony with the clearest, closest, unobstructed view of an unbothered beach I've ever seen. Jim and Peggy were awesome, very responsive to communication. 11 out of 10. This place is amazing!

Quiet and Relaxing

Jim was very accommodating. Check in process was seamless. You can tell he takes pride in his property and wants to ensure guests have a relaxing stress free stay. From the second we arrived Jim instructed us to call him for the proper codes to garage and front door. Jim walked me through the unit to ensure we know we’re all important features were which put us at ease that we did not have to figure it out on our own!! We enjoyed the unit and cooking thanksgiving dinner there was a success. Great location on the beach. Feels very private. Being Greeted with beautiful sunrises over the water every morning made it worthwhile.

Nice unit with good view

We were visiting Wilmington to attend a wedding and several parties so we did not spend a great amount of time in the unit. It was very nice and comfortable and the ocean view and beach access were wonderful . We have stayed in many rentals throughout the country and this was the first time the owner shared explicit instructions about the condo and we had to make the beds when we arrived.

Top Notch Beach Condo on Wrightsville Beach

The location couldn’t be better. Wonderful view over the beach, at the North End. Very well furnished condo, good kitchen, comfy beds, great bathrooms. Owners have thought of just about everything. Would return again. Balcony overlooking beach has 6 nice chairs and has a bit of an overhanging roof, so that it can be enjoyed on sunny day without burning - we spent a lot of time there watching the beach. Strong dolphin theme in decorating. Garage slot has lots of beach toys for use. Owners very responsive and delightful to work with. This is an ideal beach front condo away from the crowded boardwalk area.

Absolute Perfection!!

This is seriously the best vacation rental I've ever rented. The condo is adorably decorated in a seaside theme. It was super clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. All of the beds were super comfortable. And the best part was the gorgeous ocean view from the condo. Just stunning!! The perfect vacation.

Dolphin’s Delight

Our family ( grandparents, parents, and teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. We ( the old folks) spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view and the most comfortable deck furniture ever! The condo was well stocked, beautifully decorated, with many “extra touches”. We enjoyed finding all the dolphins…glass, china, wood, hand-painted, etc

Beautiful views and a quiet beach!

Gracious Hosts, Beautiful Views, Great Condo

Beautiful top floor 3bd/2ba condo with elevator, pool and walkway to the ocean. Hosts were gracious and quick to respond to any questions. Very knowledgable about the area and best restaurants. I particularly liked sitting on the covered deck drinking my morning coffee and listening to the ocean. Condo had everything you would have at home, and written instructions where needed. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic Place

Awesome condo with all of the amenities!

Our family stayed here for an extended weekend and the condo was immaculate with a great view and access to the beach/pool. It has and elevator which made access easy for our aging parents. It was packed full of beach supplies so no need to bring much. Chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. We brought tennis rackets and played tennis as well. The owners were very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would most definately recommend and we would stay here again!

Everything you need for a great vacation at the beach!

This place was perfect for our family of four. We came for spring break and a college visit and despite the cooler temps, it was perfect. The view is amazing and the condo had everything we needed and more. Beds were super comfy and the owners were wonderful with their communication and information. We would definitely return. It is very close to the city of Wilmington and dining/shopping. But all we heard at night was the sound of the ocean. Amazing!
