Love Wrightsville!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We haven’t been back to Wrighstville in 8 years and it was so good to be back. We took our girls and two friends for the week. We were able to rent a boat, eat great food, and enjoy the beach. So fun!

Three flights up maybe a problem for some, bad knees and such! Long way to carry suitcases and groceries.

Wonderful location and views

Our family of four stayed here right after Christmas and enjoyed our visit/getaway. It was a much needed and satisfying covid friendly vacation spot. There are many pros to this property: *Right on the beach with incredibly beautiful views from main room and master bedroom, all day long. *Close/walkable to shops, etc., plus Oceanic and pier. *Easy check-in and checkout with Bryant realty *Unit was clean and all linens were wrapped (nice Covid amenity) *Unit was in good condition with what you needed *Cozy bedrooms and layout for a family of four Some drawbacks: *kitchen lighting was not great and felt pretty dark when trying to prepare meals *there wasn’t a ton of hot water. We gave our two kids showers, but when we went to take ours, the hot water had run out. *the TV situation is not great. It’s a spectrum tv and we couldn’t access amazon prime, Hulu, Disney plus, etc. Netflix was an app and so we were able to watch that, but only that. Also, the tv is tilted up a little as another reviewer mentioned. Not great but ok. This is also one of four condos in the building. We were the only ones there during our stay, but I wonder about noise if there had been families in other units. Still we had an excellent, peaceful, relaxing stay. I recommended overall, if nothing else than for the views and location!

Did lack an iron, though had an ironing board, staff to get this corrected prior to next guests.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An expensive item (AirPod pro) left on the bed was not returned to me honestly. The cleaning staff is not trustworthy. Left a very bad impression with our family and friends.

Lovely beachfront getaway

This is beautiful spot . Right on the beach. Walking distance to nice restaurants and coffee shops, etc. Nicely decorated and comfortable seating and amenities. Our guests complained the second bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and they had to purchase an expensive pillow-top mattress pad . Otherwise things were very nice

Perfect Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay, the unit was perfect for our family with 2 small children (5, 1). I was able to set up my home office on the deck and work during the day while watching them play on the beach. Very impressed with the precautions they took to keep us feeling safe during the pandemic, and was very pleased with the service of the agency. They called the Monday after we returned to let me know one of the cleaners found my wife’s diamond earrings in the bathroom and overnighted them back to me. Five stars from us!!

Covid 2020 stay July 18-25

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean and the bedding from linen service was fine. The way the tv was mounted on the wall was kind pointed upward (annoying) and the cable tv in the master was inoperative. Some proper fitting lids on the cookware would have been nice. The occupants below us asked if we could tiptoe, but We could hear every step they took. The outdoor shower was an after thought. We liked the home’s proximity to the beach and boat slip. The biggest annoyance were the infestation of ants. A maintenance man was sent but the ants persisted through the week. I have rented several other properties on WB without this problem. The updates were nice but for the reasons I mentioned and the fact that use of the boat slip will now not be included, I will seek other rentals before considering this one again.
