Unfortunately, the hotel is in poor shape. It’s in disrepair. There were several things that were not working and through equipment or items that did work were very old and felt unsafe. They tanning bed was in a room that didn’t feel clean so I didn’t use it the hot tub sauna outside is old and cracking. The place has not been taken well care of unfortunately, and it was uncomfortable in many ways. We were really disappointed in what we found when we got there after seeing the pictures.

Great spot in town and not far from anything. Enjoyed the pool and hot springs! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and I loved the surrounding area. Very tranquil and serene, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town to make you feel like you were in an oasis.

Reception area, restaurant and bar all welcoming. However, the bedroom was so in need of modernisation it was remarkable. Bed was comfortable, but stains on quilt covers unacceptable. Breakfast was adequate. Pool area and hot tubs looked uninviting. The terrible state of the bedroom really let this property down because location for the State Park was perfect.

The bathroom was dirty. Luckily I travel with Clorox wipes. It took 5 or 6 of them to clean the counter area. We moved to a different hotel the 2nd night and abandoned the room.

Old need renovated

This is a very old hotel that needs some serious renovation. They do have a natural hot spring hot tub but it also needs to be cleaned and painted. The restaurant was amazing. Very good food and staff was great.
